The work associated with the steam turbine rotor covers processes such as on-site NDT inspection, smoothing of blades and seals and minor repairs. For equipment with a greater repair scope, the rotor is removed and sent to our workshops for rehabilitation as indicated below:
- Rotor Straightening.
- Repair and Replacement of Blades.
- Repair of Trunnions.
- Disk Replacement.
- Disc Reconditioning.
- Replacement of Seals.
- Rotor Balancing.
- Welding repairs.
- Machining of seal areas and burnishing zone.
According to the results of the on-site NDT inspection process, we are able to carry out casing repair work based on the following:
- Machining of internal casing diameters.
- Repair of cracks by cold welding.
The repair scope offered for the stator elements of steam turbines includes the following scope:
- Repairs using special welding.
- Deflection correction.
- Replacement and machining of seals.
